Terms of Service

-My workdays are Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm EST (GMT -5). I will only respond to messages from clients during work hours.

-Commission turnaround time depends on the individual project(s) and a client's position in queue and may take up to 4 to 6 weeks.

-I will not start a commission unless it is paid in full.

-A sales tax of 7.5% will be added to the final price of the commission per the State of Florida regulations.

-Full refunds are only available before any work has started on the commission. After work has been started on a commission, only a 50% refund will be available. This is non-negotiable.

-I will not accept any NSFW commissions from any client under the age of 18 regardless of what country they may be from. Likewise, I will NOT accept any NSFW commissions of characters depicted under the age of 18.

-I will not accept any commissions depicting any subject matter listed in this link. Please check before filling out a commission form.

-After the initial sketch, clients are allowed revisions at my digression. After sketch is approved by client, any following revisions, will incur a fee (minimum 25$) depending on the revision(s).

-Updates in regards to a client's position in queue and/or visual progress of the commission will be provided upon request at minimum 1 week from previous update request.

-Client will refrain from attempting to receive an update indirectly by initiating small talk (i.e. "hi.", "how are you") or sending stickers/gifs to get my attention. Messages of this nature will be ignored unless a direct question is asked.

-By commissioning me, you agree to always display the watermark in the finished work and to not redistribute the artwork for monetary gain unless specified for business purposes in commission form.

-Artists reserves all rights to artwork created for merchandise, printing, and all other methods of redistribution for profit unless client pays a licensing fee.
